Kasha was nothing short of amazing! She was very patient and a complete sweetheart. She took us to look at multiple available units and we never felt like we were being pressured into anything. We loved the customer service we received and would recommend extra space storage!

Windy was very attentive to my storage needs and even made helpful suggestions. I changed my mind a few times and she still was pleasant while I came to a final decision. Kudos to her navigating through my indecision. I ultimately chose a location and size unit to my liking (she also assured me if my needs change, they can be accommodated.)
We had such a good experience, Kasha helped us find a good deal for what we needed. She was kind enough to show us a unit to see if the space would be enough for us. Very clean facilities. She was kind, nice and patient.
