If you want storage, call Lindy. Thatâ€™s the only call you will have to make as she does the rest. It was the least stressful part of our move.

I have never rented storage space before but needed a place to put some file boxes for our condo association. I did check with one that was just down the street from me a newly opened but they could not meet my needs and offered me a much higher priced unit which I thought was such a waste of a suggestion. I then went to Extra space storage which was the next closest storage facility, I walked in and met the manager on duty,Lindy Lord-Cooper, Who was so kind and patient with me as I mustâ€™ve talked a mile a minute because I didnâ€™t even know what to ask for. She calmly explained what she had that would fit my needs and she checked to see and one was available. She showed me where it was and how to use it, she gave me a great price, for my needs,. I was impressed how clean the place was. I mean if I didnâ€™t know any better I thought the facility was brand new. Suffice it to say my experience was fantastic, I gladly rented, I will absolutely recommend extra space storage and Punta Gorda to anyone I know who needs it. Customer service, at my age, is the most important thing when it comes to spending my money for the right reason in the right place. And the customer service I received was fabulous. You have a great employee and this lady.
