I have had to use extra space in two states. NM and FL. I had to coordinate with the staff in NM and FL in order to make a very stressful and unexpected move across country. The staff in both locations were helpful and willing to work together across state lines to help meet my needs. On a personal level, they were great to work with. Human, not robotic and thoughtful. I am very grateful for my experience with Extra Space. I would like to see the pricing be better since they practically have a monopoly on the storage ... read more

Jody in office was great to work with. Very helpful in directing me to rent storage in another location as I was unable to come to Punta Gorda on day my brother was wanting to deliver things into unit. Location in Largo faxed her paperwork & all was in place when my brother arrived to deliver. Great job!.
