I have had to use extra space in two states. NM and FL. I had to coordinate with the staff in NM and FL in order to make a very stressful and unexpected move across country. The staff in both locations were helpful and willing to work together across state lines to help meet my needs. On a personal level, they were great to work with. Human, not robotic and thoughtful. I am very grateful for my experience with Extra Space. I would like to see the pricing be better since they practically have a monopoly on the storage business right now, but aside from inflated pricing, the facilities, the staff, the human kindness has been unmatched in a world of robots and the "computer doesn't say" kind of sad excuse for customer service that this world has turned to. Thank you to both Josh in Rio Rancho NM and Danny and Lindy in Punta Gorda FL. you guys all rock out with your socks out!!!!!
