The process was very quick and easy. I was able to complete the rental over the phone, sign the lease electronically and move in all with contactless exchanges. I had no problems accessing my rental and it was a very smooth process.

excellent customer service, Neat and clean location that has great hours. Is not 24 hour location, think a 24 hour location is not a good idea at all.
Friendly staff. Great help with finding the size unit I needed and they were great walking me through everything
Walked in spoke with front desk , showed storage unit sizes , prices explained, monthly cost options, moved my property into storage, easily done less than 30 minutes Caution make sure carts are available in your unit
Every question and concern was taken into consideration when speaking with staff before and during the entire process
