Let me start out by saying that this place has great customer service. The place is huge and clean. My dude Tim is the real super hero here though at the end of the day. I had to load 2 commercial ovens onto my trailer that weighed over 800lbs. Not only did he agree to assist but he stuck it out for 15 minutes doing some serious lifting and pushing to get that behemoth on the trailer. It was not easy at all and I can only imagine what he was thinking as he walked around the corner and saw what I asked him to help me with. S... read more

I have been happy with Extra Storage. Each person that I have dealt with has been very nice. The hours could be better, but you know what they are up front when you chose to rent a unit.
Convenient location and friendly staff. I have the smallest storage unit and need the ladder, but I have found it easy to manage. Storage hours availability is convenient as well. Rates are good, too, so I recommend Extra Space Storage.
Nothing fancy here but serves its purpose. They have a truck you can use free of charge and the staff was very easy to deal with. I stored household items during a move and they were very flexible with the check-out date.
