Cynthia is always extremely helpful. I didn’t just rent a unit from here, I recently upgraded to a larger unit. And the whole transition was very smooth and painless. I reserved a storage online but when I arrived to take possession of it. Cynthia decided instead of that unit they had something else that would better fit my needs. So she showed me around and she was correct. Her recommendation was spot on and fit my needs better than what I reserved. I will definitely be recommending this storage facility to anyone in need.

Overall the space is nice and I have not had an concerns keeping my items here physically. Access is easy and it is clean. My most recent concern is the rate hike. I've been renting my space since March 2022 and they have raised my rent over $200.00 which is created a hardship. I am currently looking for an alternative for my belongings.

This place is falsely advertising “drive up units.” The drive up unit we purchased was inside a structure that could not fit a small uhaul. They also require you to purchase a lock and say that you can return it for a refund if you do not need it. The lock we received was opened and appeared used. When we tried to get a refund, we were told they could only offer a credit to our account. Not a credible facility.

Cynthia, the on-site manager, was extremely friendly and helpful from the 1st time indoor to her on the phone. Then upon meeting her in person I was even more impressed with her authenticity. I can tell she’s a woman of her word, takes pride in her work and truly wants satisfied happy tenants. I leased a unit on the spot due to her wonderful customer service skills.

The customer service is excellent and the place is always clean and the employees there treat you with so much respect and consideration, I would never consider storing my belongings anywhere else. I feel safe when I am here and the property is always clean. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who is looking for a place that will make them feel at ease and know that their belongings are secure. And the manager on site is very professional and always helpful
