This is worst possible experience one could have. Rip off artists. Trying to raise my monthly from $250 to $400 month in 6 mo. SCAM-STAY AWAY from this company. I am contacting and warning all. STAY AWAY-they will raise rates astronomically!!!! Stay Away!

Today's experience was excellent. As a former user of storage I thought I knew it all. However, Brittni updated me on the latest information based on my storing needs. She was friendly and knowledgeable because of Brittni I will be recommending Extra Space to others.
WHAOO….!!! Awesome and unbelievable! I can’t believe my eyes when I visited Extra space storage Ft Washington on Livingston road, with total transformation, nice new management, good customer service and very helpful.
All I can say is WOW!! Antoine has excellent customer service! He was patient with all my questions and answered them very professionally. I recommend Antoine for all your storage needs!
Great facility. Customer service was great. The price is more expensive than other storage places but at the end of the day you get what you pay for.
