This is quite a nice storage facility. You certainly pay for it but it’s clean, organized, and has all the amenities that a storage place should have. It has normal doors and large roll-up ones in case you have items that won’t fit through a doorway. They have roller pallets that help with loading and unloading but do not have enough so on weekends and sometimes during the week they will all be in use. The frequency of this and the high prices are why I only gave them 4 stars instead of 5.
The best. Clean Secure and easy to rent. Best prices are reserved online, Unit was ready with lock, dolly use and access code as promised.
The staff here has been great, and the facility is really nice. However, like the other 1 stars here, I moved in in October 2023 and the rate was $120. I just received notice of an increase to $220. I spoke to Rob (he is really nice and helpful) who was able to reduce the rate to the $192 that was apparently somewhere on the agreement. Be careful about the "promotional rate". Youll have to ask, because there is nothing that I found on their website that warns you about this crazy increase.
Move in process and experience was incredible. Daniel and Shayla were very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. The location was exactly as advertised and clean. Having a light inside the unit was a plus. Thank you!
What a seamless process. Everything was done online within a matter of minutes. The mobile app is a great feature as it lets you manage your rental, make payments and conveniently allows you to use NFC to key into the facility or to manually key in your access code.
