I've been keeping at least one storage unit at the Extra Space on Somerville ave for a couple years now (at one point I had THREE units!) This is by far the best storage unit facility I have ever used! Being able to drive right inside to unload is so convenient. I never have to worry about loading in the rain or snow. Ethan, the representative who helped me, is seriously one of the most knowledgeable, empathetic, and kind individuals in sales I have ever met. I can see why everyone is giving this establishment excellent reviews. I will be using them again in the future.
I have been a customer of Extra Space Storage in Somerville for over a decade. I have upgraded, downsized, multiple times. I have always had an amazing experience with the staff being tentative and the manger Eric has been extremely helpful through difficult times and making things just a bit easier with solid expectations in business.
Very convenient location (to Somerville and Cambridge). The facility is clean and accessible in the evenings and weekends. I've stored belongings at this facility for several years and will continue to use Extra Space Storage in the foreseeable future.
Extra Space proved fabulous from first call to final check out ! Phone service and in person service onsite were great. Eric has been our on-site contact through our rental period. Eric always greets us and check to see if all is well. It always is! It is great to see Eric patrolling the space and to make sure moving trolleys are available at the entry doors. An overall great experience !
