Easy of dealing with the rental process, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the entire facility and the safety of the location and parking. Compare to PS, these people and the process is a walk in the park! Thanks Garrett and BJ!!!!

Very courteous staff, clean facility, elevators & carts are super convenient. This facility was convenient to my work and it was always easy to pull up and add items to storage. I recently needed to upgrade my storage size and I was able to get a real good deal.

I had an amazing experience with Montoya! She called me before I drove to the facility to ensure what I was unloading and to ensure if I needed carts etc. She also walked with me to my unit to make sure my codes and unit were all as reserved!

Super friendly staff! I was stuck in a strange situation where my apartment complex goofed up (look for a not-so-friendly review on them later) and I was left without a storage unit. Took the stuff down to Extra Space and they were willing to work with me to get a unit as soon as possible for a fair price. Move-out was easy and great. Only downside is that they did accidentally charge me another month's rent after I moved out, and that took a dent out of the bank account until it was corrected. Extra Space is a great facility - clean, safe and secure. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I had Extra Space storage for 2.5 years in Washington, DC and looked at other storage companies when I came back to Atlanta. ES was an easy choice after reviewing the others and seeing their facilities.

AVOID EXTRA SPACE STORAGE - they do not care about Customer Service after you have moved in. I reported a roof leak in my unit and two months later, the leak is STILL not repaired! It took one month for them to get a roofer out to first attempt a repair - the repair did not work and I reported that the roof still leaked. Fast Forward another month and the roof still leaks! My experience: - $65/month for a 5x5; raised rent after the 5th and 9th month(didn't like that)$73 after the 5th month. -The "first month special/discount" just covers the initial move-in/paperwork fees, so it was still $65 for the first month -pretty secure place -elevator was down for a while. Sucked having to carry stuff up steps -Month-to-month contract Would I do it again? No. I don't have any temperature sensitive stuff or expensive jewels so I'd probably look for a cheaper place. Under no circumstance should you store your belongings here. A table and an entertainment unit that was stored here for two months and were in perfect condition suffered unexplained damage that the facility refused to deal with appropriately. Insurance was bought but when we tried to utilize it, we were told the furniture was not damaged while stored there, despite having before and after pictures. That staff was completely unhelpful and did nothing to make things right. I would rather store my stuff outside than here.
