Writing a review to express how AMAZING my experience has been so far with this Extra Space Storage location! Cynthia has been such a huge help with handling my deliveries to my storage unit and has made my entire storage process seamless! I hope to soon personally thank her in person as I am operating remotely at this time. Everyone should aspire to to provide superior customer service as Cynthia does!!
I was looking for a storage room. The place gave me a good vibe was very satisfied with the place was so clean and had a nice curb appeal. I was impressed with Rachel’s customer service she was very helpful with all the questions I was asking her. I really recommend this place.
Good place but it is very frustrating when the gate codes are down and I’m unable to access the unit. The lady said I had to wait up to an hour to access my unit, when in fact they have keys to the doors and could easily open them. I understand safety but at the end of the day she could easily ask for an ID to verify I have a unit. Very frustrating and an inconvenience to me on a busy day.
Cynthia was so helpful in setting me up with a new unit today. She showed me a unit type that I hadn't considered, which turned out to be perfect for my needs. I also appreciated her making calls on my behalf to help me out with a customer service issue. Very good customer service and friendliness.
Great clean place that feels secure and safe. I spoke to Cynthia about a discrepancy I had and she educated me and helped me through it all. She was very patient with me. Great team and property! 10/10
