Ms. Sabrina was fantastic! Worked with us to find a unit that exactly met our needs. Space was clean and obviously well maintained. Her attention to detail was impressive, and that is what really sold us. We live on a sailboat, so ours is a long-term storage need.
The mgmt took time to make sure the unit was the right fit for what I needed and were receptive to my short notice.

In my life this is the first time i have needed to store my belonings. Extra Space has made the experience Flawless.
I have rented space here for years. I have several negative comments. 1. The units in the climate controlled areas are so cold in early winter and so hot in the summer that it is excruciating to move items in or out. Even movers assisting me have commented on this. 2. There is no lighting in the units and the lighting in the halls does little to help. 3. I have moth holes in many of my clothes and other signs of insect damage. 4. The rate hikes are frequent and steep.
