I had a great conversation with Bill earlier this week, and was excited to use Extra Space Storage. I called back today, just to ensure we would be able to access the storage unit, if I paid today (on a Sunday), and the representative ensured me that I would be able to get in. This was one of the main things that drew us to this property, which was the ease of access. I didn't want to load up all of our stuff today, if we wouldn't be able to get in. ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. For one reason. They are a bait n switch company. Rates raised by $80 after 4 months. Who wants to move storage units... no one does: so they know they have you. But not me... I'll move out of principle. WARNING!!!! Don't move your stuff in.

Facility is good but they do raise the rent every few months until they are priced higher than the competition. Irritating.

NOPE. they will raise your rent price after 2-3 months of renting there!!! not cool. It is safe and clean but I'd rather know they were going to raise my rent before I signed a year contract.
