Recommendedgreat location, I just dis like the idea the you jump your prices up 80.00 plus on your customers and the management says if you don't like move out , I have 5 units at the moment so that would be impossible to do , is extra space in need of money so bad that they need to raise fees 40 percent 5 months after you start one's lease.
