The manager Miriam is professional, very helpful, always will answer questions & knows how to communicate. She called me to let me know, my unit was not locked properly. I always see her making rounds & stops to talk with everyone at their units to say hi or has a small chat. (You won't be or feel ignored) I needed help & I went to office as she was closing. She didn't turn me away! The extra time she gave me was very much appreciated.
Jennifer was an amazing help! She treated us like a human being, not a locker number. It means so much to us especially during such a difficult time. Thank you Jennifer for all you do!

Great storage unit! Very clean, well kept and easy in and out access. The manager has been beyond helpful with everything I need and runs a tight ship!
Edit "I called the phone number they provided for resolving issues, and it's all lies. Don't believe those positive reviews. This storage facility is not secure. Be wary even of the reception staff. They couldn't care less about what gets stolen. With control over the cameras, they're just watching and letting the storages get robbed without taking any responsibility, only collecting customers' money .
