Easy rental process, clean units and safe!
the current location was spot on. The online experience was not good, n the location was not convenient to my location. Unable to meet with human two stops at location NO person on site, no signage, called 800.number......learn the 2:30 time was lunch break

I reserved the unit online with the expectation someone would call me soon to review. Well, soon is an understatement, within 15 seconds my phone was ringing. We talked a while, then i went to the facility to complete the paperwork, which went smoothly. I thank the staff for makkng thus so easy.
