Not only did he help us decide what size storage to get, he personally walked us over and showed us everything. I had been calling him several times and he was always kind, patient and friendly. RecommendedI needed to quickly store our 2nd car for the winter. That car previously lived in Virginia, meaning the well-below freezing temps of northern Illinois were not compatible with that car! I contacted my local Extra-Space Storage and I was able to secure a climate-controlled vehicle unit with them. In no time at all, I had the car tucked away with them.
