From the moment I walked in the door, Bruce and Chris made me feel so welcomed:) Chris was very thorough, he went over all options and fees. He also answered all of my questions and even allowed me to upgrade after viewing my initial storage selection. They were both so kind and I am honored to write this review.

I took over this storage space after my husband passed away. Extra Storage went out of their way to make things as easy as possible during a sad and painful time for me. They have worked with me so my step-daughters could easily get in there to clear out their dad’s things. Often times companies can be sticklers about things but their kindness and sympathy went a long way toward the 5 stars I have given them. A big shoutout to Bruce, the manager. Thank you🙏🏻

Searching for available spaces on-line was very easy at the ESS website. Once we decided on a size we called the Customer Service number to speak with someone live. We had a few questions that were answered very quickly and we went ahead and agreed to take the space for four months to lock in a nicely discounted price. Everything was managed by telephone and e-mail, and I was able to start moving things into storage a few hours later.
