Was at the timuquana location this past week sort of late in the evening and when I opened my driver door to do the keypad to get into the complex and my purse ended up falling out without me noticing. One of the employees drove around to find me to return it. He deserves some recognition. I Just have to say thank you so much!!!
What a great establishment! Quick in an out, Jeff took care of all my needs, and in a timely manner. Jeff was professional and courteous, and answered all of my many thousand questions. I picked the right storage company!
My previous experience with storage facilities were not good but when I came to Extraspace it has been 180 degree turnaround. The facility it self is immaculate. Always clean and debris free and I feel my belongings are totally secure! The customer service and interaction from the employees are second to none. I recommend this extra space facility 10x’s over!
