Rented a unit at the Farmington, MI location for 3 years. Yes, the price increased regularly but I did not deduct any stars from the rating because EVERY storage unit company does that and they did provide advance warning. The customer service is awesome, friendly, helpful, accommodating, will work with you on late payments. I vacated today and there was mouse poop on my storage containers but again, that happens in all outdoor-access storage units.
