Great storage facility! The manager Conn provides the best customer service. The facility seems new and is very clean. It is also very safe and secure, I would feel comfortable coming to our storage unit by myself. Would highly recommend Extra Space Storage if you are needing a storage unit and rates a very reasonable.

When we first signed up for this storage they were super friendly and the price was right with the extra free month... then we started getting notices in the mail like every 3-6 months that our rate was increasing by $10. Which doesn't seem like a lot, but I started paying $40 a month and when I left 2 years later my monthly fee was $109 per month. Never late on a payment.... I know if I were to resign up for a new unit, they wouldn't start a new customer at $109 per month. It's very hard to justify $109 per month when stuff... read more

Would NOT recommend this storage facility to anyone Looks can be deceiving, looks like a very safe,clean,SECURE place to store your belongings but it is anything but that We rented a storage unit 3 weeks ago went to go take stuff out this morning and 85% of our belonging were gone Lock and everything was intact which makes me wonder how someone could have gotten in there and who The lady samamtha attending today even assumed that we were the ones that took our things and wouldn't help us do a thing about it and there is no c... read more

Nice new facility, but be warned that ALL customers must buy a special cylinder lock for $17. The reservation system won't tell you this, so it's a rude surprise when you check-in. Why would I want the front desk to have a master key to my stuff? The infuriating part is I had bought a heavy duty pad lock at an Extra Space Storage in CA just last year, but was told I must buy the new cylinder lock even if I chose not to use it. So my pad lock is on my unit and the cylinder lock sits on top of a box inside. Nonsense hidden fee... read more

Do not rent from here!!! I rented a unit for 3 months and always paid on time. I only have a few things that I'm going to be throwing away left. These people have called and texted and harassed me to come put the lock back on and I told them I work until Monday so I would have it emptied Monday. I have the unit until Tuesday. They are saying they are going to put their lock on it and charge me for it. I have already told them everything left is going in the dump!
