Sharleen was so kind and helpful! She let me stay after closing to finish moving my things, which was a lifesaver. When I realized my unit was too small, she was super accommodating and helped me assess everything and find the perfect size. Amazing service!

I wanted to take a moment to Acknowledge, the experience I had , during a walk-in in . I was greeted. By 2 smiles that were very welcoming and warm upon entry . Sharlene is her name and above and beyond outstanding customer service is her game ! I was hook line and sunk to the service she provided and some how made me feel like I was meeting extended family .. 10 stars for sure . I highly recommend this location very clean and stellar first & ever lasting impression
Staff was very helpful and very informative. Sharlene was very happy and approachable, and helped me less than 5 minutes, no wait time . She was very great multitasker making sure customers are not waiting .
Sharleen is the absolute best! She really took care of all my moms needs! She is super knowledgeable and friendly. She really made this process very easy and effortless. I definitely recommend this location for all your storage needs. Alberto is super friendly and helpful as well. Overall the staff here really take care of you. You won't be disappointed
