absolutely HORRIBLE. my entire unit got mold, THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS worth of things destroyed… I contacted insurance which i paid for monthly and what do you know? They don’t cover mold…. READ THE FINE PRINT. THIS PLACE SUCKS.
I would give negative stars if I could. My mother passed suddenly in Jan. The estate had to sell the house, so we found a storage unit close by since we are 90 minutes North. I was able to book it online easy. It asked me what was in there and said should be just fine. When I checked in for the first time, was assured it will be fine to store the stuff there. I have not yet stored my furniture there but I will say the professionalism displayed on the phone was great. Kate who was excellent and efficient while training Jasmina who was also excellent and helpful. Great staff now let's hope my move in and stay are the same.
Michael was very friendly and knowledgeable about what the facility has to offer. He explained all the policies and answered any questions I had. The facilities are clean and well maintained.
I have had a storage unit at Bayville. Michael has always been Friendly & helpful. He is knowledgeable of everything the fa ility has to offer. If you are looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend the Bayville facility. Michael explains everything clearly. He really cares about his customers.
