damian was very helpful and professional, he was patient and informative with helping me find the appropriate unit size for my storage needs. he shuttled myself and my mother to view units and made things very easy. very easy going process for us.

All staff very helpful. The gentleman that helped me today was very professional and helpful. Units are clean and all staff always ready to help out with any questions. Thanks for all your help from the first person I spoke to the manager and the person who completed my rental.

I showed up today to offload my truck. I couldn’t find unit 1042 anywhere at the location I was told to go to.16730 walnut st, Hesperia. I drove everywhere. I have reumathoid arthritis do I had to ask family to help me offload this morning @8am, and they have work and school. I cannot believe I was given the wrong information. Waste of mine and my families time. Very unacceptable I have to return the truck today!! That’s another cost added to my stress

Damian explained things good. Quick process. We'll see how the place holds up. I had to come back and mention one thing that I did not like. The administration fee is just as much as a deposit by a different name. Really it's worse because you don't get that back. That should be mentioned on the website as well as insurance fee. Okay that's it

You guys were so helpful for my storing needs! Thank you so much! You guys ROCK! If I ever need to store my things again, this will be the first place I go to! The staff is GREAT and the place is very clean. The numbering system could be a bit easier to understand, but that's just me being too lazy to try and figure out. But it gave me the opportunity to go inside and meet the staff and that was great! Thank you again for everything!
