******* and ***** at the facility in ********, **, on Columbia are amazing. Their customer service is top notch, they have always been superlative to work with. More importantly, I feel like my belongings in their care is in extremely safe hands. ****** facility was beautiful, staff was great but too many issues with different pricing. I had to change facilities due to pricing on the web , I was offered a month free and was not able to get that once I changed facilities and they made me pay my 1st month up Front and then told me that the pricing only lasts for 3 months And it will increase unless I pay six months in advance.I just feel this it's all unfair, and we should be able to have the same pricing all throughout each senior facilities across-the-board. **** who is the manager in the dracut ma office not only keeps the place spotless but I had a concern and was hesitant to bring it up being as everything has been great but he listened and took care of it within minutes.Thank you **** for everything and especially taking the time to listen and act.
We recently moved from ************ to *******. *** and ******* and the entire staff worked with us on constant changes that were created by the movers. I encourage you if you are looking for a professional, immaculate clean facility, with storage accomodations to fit your specific needs give *** a call.
Wonderful location, manager ****** is amazing, was super helpful and didnt hesitate to check up on us throughout our day of unloading. Units are kept up and very safe location. Made a payment on time with a transaction number . Someone reversed payment and noted it as late . I got a delinquent notice on my credit report
The facility is very clean and ***** is so friendly and always willing to help you in any way. Some of the storage facilities are way too expensive and I believe Extra Space is very reasonable. Always check with Extra Space before renting somewhere else. You will get more for your money.

I have stored my RV at Extra Space Storage for 5 months at $164 per month. They just charged my card $213 for the next month with absolutely no notification. Our contract REQUIRES them to give me a 30 day notice before any rate increases. I received no email, no text, no call, and nothing to my mailbox. They just charged my card an extra $49. Did they hope I would not notice? If my $49 is refunded, I will update this complaint.
