I needed a storage space before I left town, I was able to rent my unit online, and then go in the next day to finalize everything. Barb did a great job getting back with me in a timely manner and helping me make sure everything was correct. They gave the option to purchase a lock. This was great for me since I didn’t have the time to run out looking for one that would fit my storage space.

Reserved a large storage space online for $110/month. Went in to get the key and the price was somehow $140/month (okay, fine), with an additional $30/month for insurance that I neither asked for or agreed to—it just showed up on our bill.
