Had the best experience using this storage company. Spoke with Larry, he was professional and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help. Very quick and easy process!! Took less time than I expected online and as soon as I finished my phone rang and Larry called to make sure I didn't need any help with anything else!! Great guy.. very helpful and personable!! Great experience dealing with him and his business!! Would definitely recommend... unit is big and extremely clean!! Access to the unit and to get into the units is secure which makes me feel better to!!
Larry assisted me and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for, even taking the time to suggest some great alternatives, which was great for me. Outstanding customer service. Friendly, thorough, polite, and dependable. I have occupied 6 different units at Extra Space Storage both in North Reading and Wakefield. I would not still be here we're it not for Larry Raimondi. He took time to find the right unit for my 2024 Goldwing motorcycle, and was kind enough to recommend the other storage facility in Wakefield managed by Sharon Surette. I needed a rental unit over a weekend and was quickly and easily able to get one for a reasonable rate. When I determined my rental unit was not needed, I was given a fair refund and the communications were above par. Very happy and will contact them again should I need help with a storage unit.
