Today I spoke with Manager Nina, who is perhaps one of the best managers I've ever encountered. Her ability to quickly identify any potential problems was only put matched by her beautiful personality and knowledge of her systems. Renting our space was easy and straightforward. We had our unit for about one year and we felt our stuff was protected well. The staff on site are aware of the ongoings, which helped make it feel safe and secure. Would recommend.
Our unit was broken into likely months before we happened to check in on our stuff. No one noticed, no one alerted us, nothing. It was clear that others had been broken into as well. Be warned - indoor climate controlled units are NOT secure. At all. See the gap above the unit? That's how they got in. On top of the exorbitant rate hikes, we will never use this company again, and certainly not this location.
Everything was great. The only reason for four stars is that the app does not open the gate so you have to input your code on the key pad and that’s not as convenient as using your phone but not a super big deal. Photos are of a 10x20. The height is easily 15’ or so give or take a foot. Roomy and drive up access. Less than 200/mo for it. Decent location easy lease signing.
Last night, I lost my storage unit keys and called the storage facility, leaving a voicemail. The very next day, I was promptly greeted by Nina, who immediately arranged a time for me to come by so we could cut the lock. When I arrived, Nina efficiently assisted multiple customers while still honoring our scheduled time to cut the lock.
