I currently live out of state and am moving my belongings into a storage unit; the process of reserving online was seamless and easy. I was called by the manager after my reservation and was able to have any questions answered. I was also able to sign my lease over the phone which made the process incredibly easy! Customer service was friendly and very personable.

The facility is clean and well maintained. I felt my property would be safe the minute I got there. The staff was excellent and there was no wait time.

My experience thus far has been superior. Serena was efficient and patient when I discovered my mistake of reserving (online) a second floor unit in a building without elevator. As soon as I explained my back issues, she quickly found me a different unit on first floor right by building entrance. She walked me through the process of how to get into the building and find my unit. Serena even checked-in with me to ensure all was good. Excellent customer service in my book!

The associate called me personally shortly after I booked my online reservation. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. When I arrived, she knew who I was immediately and directly me to the unit. Check in was simple and easy and no fuss. Other locations are shiny and new but the associates at this location are a gem!

We've been extremely happy with the facility, their options and the staff. It's clean, secure and well maintained. Carts are readily available. Terry in the office, has been amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and professional every step of the way. We were so pleased, we just opened a second unit! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage!
