This was my very first storage unit in my life. I had it from April 2023-Sep 2023. At first my rate was $106 then in August it jumped to $200 with no explanation. Just a thing in the mail saying this is your new rate. I called and she didn't say why it went up. She only mentioned that she had about 15 calls with people complaining but offered to take a few dollars off. I declined because when I went to check on my items there was a lot of mice poop. Eww! I needed a small storage unit & everyone at Extra Space has been very helpful! They let me look at two units to see which would work best for my needs. The staff has been kind & helpful at every turn! If you have storage needs, this is the place!
Just in the process of renting, but the gentleman on the phone who helped me secure my unit was super helpful and very friendly.
We are so happy we landed at extra space storage! The store manager, Nicole, was so helpful and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The facility is very clean and it is so easy to rent a unit. Haven’t met an employee that wasn’t kind and helpful.
I had an amazing experience with this location, Ryan helped me with getting my unit set up and he answered all of my questions.
