Nice place.great guys. Great customer service. Very polite and friendly. I had to put a lot of high end antiques for my customers. In one of the storage units. . Place is very clean and organized.
This Extra Space Storage location is kept in excellent condition. All of the grounds are kept clean and very secure. Great Boost Mobile coverage also because Dish Wireless has a tower on the property😉
Today was to be spent securing a storage unit. We began the search at Extra Space, Inwood Rd, in Dallas, and in working with Krista, we paid a deposit before we left the lot. She was very professional, great at explaining their system, and importantly, the area felt safe…TY, Krista😉
Great first impression with customer service rep, Desmond, who took time to help me locate my unit. He was professional and personable. The unit was clean and ready to fill. So far, our experience on-site has been very positive. It would be nice if the app would work to enter the security gate, but that is a minor inconvenience.
Excellent experience at this facility! Having many units on this property for an extended period of time I can say that Krista takes pride in this property. Keeping it clean, and nice. A very secure well maintained property like this leaves us with peace of mind about stored items. Thank you for excellent service! -Blake.
