Just rented a unit quickly and painlessly over the phone with Thomas! He was very nice and answered all my questions. I’ve rented here before and the facilities are kept clean and secure. Definitely recommend.
Customer service from both employees was top notch. Loved the socialization and talks about Christmas and vacations - it was nice to have a humanly conversation outside of everyday customer service. The unit itself was clean and spacious. Easy to find my way through the complex. Great experience!
I couldn't believe how easy it was to reserve what I needed and then really appreciated the notice of next steps on how to access my space. Tim was on duty and SUPER friendly and helpful!! Nicest guy! It was truly a stress free experience with one of the nicest guys on duty!
I had a great experience moving my RV and my storage here recently. I found John very helpful saving me money and finding me the right RV spot. He also helped me find a suitable and less expensive storage unit as well. I also have to mention Stormy as she helped me with the paperwork process and making sure I have the pass code to get in. John sent it to me, I lossed it! They’re a great team to work with there. I highly recommend them!
John went above and beyond to help us with our unit selection, pricing and insurance. He was very knowledgeable, welcoming and kind. His patience was appreciated with all the questions we had and he did not let us off the phone until he ensured we were satisfied with our selections.
