I highly recommend you to Ernie at Extra Space Storage in McLean. Beyond the fact that Ernie is an amazing and highly trustworthy individual, he runs the cleanest and safest operation I have yet to encounter. Ernie is highly professional, does exactly what he says he will do, and often goes beyond the expected to achieve the exceptional. I signed a lease from the storage facility the other day and was completely satisfied with my experience! The office manger Ernie is extremely friendly and beyond helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, secure and no-hassle storage facility.

Ernest and Jesse at Extra Space Storage did a great job for me. They were helpful, flexible when I arrived twice shortly before closing time, and helped me figure out what I needed. The prices are good, the service and facilities are first-class, and the location is excellent.

To say Ernest Postego and Extra Space Storage McLean are "exceptional" doesn't quite capture the experience. They are in a class all their own. I have kept fine furniture in storage for five years in three states. No single manager, or facility, comes close to the what Ernie and this facility offer. The floors are almost as clean as my dinner plates. The air is "museum-quality" and temperature controlled. The elevators, coded. There's a fleet of new dollies and security cameras everywhere. After over eight years as a Public Storage customer, decided to give Extra Space Storage a try. I truly thought it would be more expensive than Public Storage because of how clean and well-maintained Extra Space Storage (in McLean, VA on Beverly Avenue) is. Surprisingly, after a few conversations with Ernest Postigo, I was convinced to transfer one of my small storage units over from Public Storage. I am super happy I did. Watch giving your credit card to these guys. They charge for the month up front, so they need to refund if you don't check out on the day of their billing cycle. Getting them to refund the credit has become a major pain. I would try someplace else. We used this storage place for quite a while (the old management was less rude than the current manager.)
