Shady AF. The web special pricing is temporary but not mentioned anywhere on the website. But they will hammer you with requests for a positive review before you get that first increase. Then the annual increases are crazy. But the new customer rates remain unchanged. Management is dismissive of this issue. They assume you’re not going to go thru the hassle of moving your stuff again.
