Pretty ligit at first. . Made me feel Welcome although the 1st unit was a tad to small. And so they let me change my unit size to a lager one. They wanted more than there competition . So I was letting the facility worker that I was going to be moving he said well if we can match the price of the othe unit down the st will you stay. I said yes . Big mistake since I was moving I had notice sevral items missing from my unit. So giving the benefit of the dough I proceed to complete the move . Ok so the items in fact were tak... read more

I’ve had other storage places that weren’t very clean and the staff was rude and no help at all, when I walked in I was greeted kindly and the customer service rep took the time to understand and cater to all of my needs.
