The best storage size for the best price. I showed up minutes before end of office hours by accident, but Jimmy and Brandon let me tour the unit before processing the paperwork. Thanks for your patience guys! Signing up was a breeze and I was able to store items minutes later!
I went by earlier this year to rent a unit for my business nearby. Brandon was accommodating and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The facilities are clean, the location has easy access, and the price is fair. Highly recommend this location for business or personal use.
They get you in at one price and dramatically raise rent every 4-6 months. My unit started at 400.00 and in less than a year is now over 600.00 feels like bare and switch. At the far end where my unit is, you have to worry about the homeless who live by the railroad tracks. Have seen pretty big fires. On the positive side, the staff that I have dealt with have all been very friendly!
Brandon, the agent with whom I dealt, was friendly, fun, kind, supportive and extremely helpful. He helped me with a difficult move in by being ever so patient while I sorted out my problem.
I have two storage locations with this company, and I have never been disappointed with the service. The latest experience I had was with Paul. Apparently there are two Paul’s! Both are AWESOME!! Customer service FIVE STARS for both of my locations💕 5
