We initially needed a storage unit for an emergency move situation- we called them and they were able to help service right away. When it came down to the date of move-in, we ended up not needing their services due to unforeseen circumstances. The representatives were very helpful for us to cancel and get a full refund back. They were very helpful during our time and need and quick change of plans. If we ever need moving needs again, we shall consider them!
Please disregard my previous review, as it was left prematurely before I discovered the absolute nightmare that has unfolded. Both of my storage units were not only broken into but one of the locks had been replaced altogether and well over half of our belongings are gone. I didn’t find out until moving day when the lock had to be cut in order to open it. Please do not make the same mistake I did with trusting this company to keep your belongings safe.
Just finished my time at extra space, very great attention to details when it comes to customer service!!! James was always helpful and very attentive especially when my account information was compromised from losing my wallet, he made sure to contact me to make sure my payment was still submitted and that nothing bad had happened. Would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs always pleasant and helpful. Thank you for the great experience!
James and the whole staff have been extremely helpful and understanding. Moving is very stressful but with the professional and thoughtful interactions I've had with James and the whole staff, they have definitely made my life feel secure and with less clutter.
