Extra Space Storage and especially Tammy went above and beyond helping me and kids during this crazy time in our life. I was maxed physically and mentally. Tammy made sure I was all set up, thank goodness. Even when I made some wrong decisions (unit size) Tammy was able to get me modified into something sized perfectly for my belongings. The facility seems very nice and I look forward to storing my belongings here.
This is the first storage unit I’ve ever rented and Tammy did an amazing job helping me and my family with this task. She helped us pick the best one for our furniture and things,. During the move we lost the keys and she was there to help. Thank you so much for being helpful and kind!
Tammy at the Kildeer location is AMAZING! I got locked out of my unit I just bought and she personally went out to investigate. Even though we didn't solve the mystery, she sent me a photo and we had a laugh about it! Tammy is 10/10!!! Also, special shout-out to Aaron from Utah from customer care!
The management of this location is fantastic. Both Kay and Tammy had been helping me with my needs on storage. Between changing units, adding an extra one, and explaining the process, they are both patient and very understanding. Thank you to both of you! I’m glad you both are so helpful.
I am leaving three stars because I was trying to get into my unit with the digital access and it was not working. Kay was an absolute sweetheart and handle the situation with extreme patience and professionalism. She did all she could to help me out while we sat outside talking to the tech people to try to get us inside my unit. It took 2 techs and almost 3 hours to figure out the reason I couldn't access my unit. Thanks Kay for making me and my kids comfortable while we waited.
