Started with extra space a few months ago, and thus far I am very satisfied/happy with this particular facility. I have a sense of security knowing my belongings are here and there is an on site mgr to watch over things 24hrs a day . The staff are kind and courteous. Martha helped us with the rental procedure and I couldn't have felt more welcomed and comfortable thru the process. After researching the E.LA Whittier & Montebello, area I decided to rent a unit here in Pico Rivera, NANCY took me on a tour of the premises and recommended the unit that best suited my needs. They have manager on site and the facility is monitored by surveillance 24 hours a day, the units have lighting and are clean, the staff is knowledgeable and VERY FRIENDLY the place has easy access to the 605 freeway on/off ramps, and it's really close to truck rental company I definitely recommend to anyone that is in need of a... read more

I have a small storage here 10x5, this month has made it 1 year of being there. I decided to leave this review because I'm super annoyed, within the last year they have raised the rent 3 times. I just got another notice in the mail today about it going up about 30.00 more dollars since the last time, if there wasn't so much stuff to move out I would have done it already. Also after being here a month or so a family member told me they found a bigger storage (it was 3-4 times the size of mine) for cheaper. So I've been feelin... read more

I initially reserved my storage from another location in Pico Rivera but drove here by mistake but since this location was closer to me so I mistakenly stop here. What a mistake I made. It started the minute I got out of my car, this place reeks of cow dung. I managed to walk inside the office and found the two guys sitting there with worst customer service than the cow dung smells.
