Safe, clean & great managers! I Have been here 2 years & I have stored in the past with other storages who can not compare to all aboard! The prices are lower then most & the storage is always spotless & most of all my wife & I enjoy paying our bill in person so that we can take a few minutes to chat with Sharon & her husband the managers, they are the most friendly helpful people I know, we have recomended several of our friends to them & they too love this place, will be here as long as we need storage!!
I wasn't happy the original unit I rented on line said was inside but not I wasn't real happy the original unit I rented on line said was inside but was not so needed to "upgrade" to an inside unit and had a $10 transfer fee that I think should have been waived. April was great for providing info though. I'm using their new blue tooth unit with wireless access which seems to be hit or miss on the gates but better with access to the unit. Still needs some work though for the additional cost.
All Aboard Mini Nightmare This place is equivalent of a loan shark in the ghetto. They bait you in with all these specials and low prices but the moment you miss a payment they have all these hidden fees and charges that if you slip up once they go for the jugular. Mo and his wife are very rude and conniving people. They harrass you at every turn for payment and when I spoke up for myself and called them pyschotic Jeckel and Hyde loan sharks and threaten to sue them if they sold my stuff for being only 30days late. some of the staff were incredibly rude rented here for about 6 months, and was treated very rudely by "Mo" - the maintenance guy, and several others. For no particularily good reason "Mo" thought he would tell me off. Now, Im not naive about humanity and therefore dont have any particularily high expectations about the kind of person who would want to pant storage locker doors, and dab the occasional yellow paint on the barrier poles - but this was incredible.
