I wish I could give this place 10 stars! The woman I spoke with on the phone who help set me up with a unit was so friendly, kind and patient — we ended up chatting for over an hour! I really wish I could remember her name, but she made the whole process so easy and pleasant. Today, Jason was just as great, helping me with all my questions and going the extra mile. ⛔️ BEWARE OF DOUBLING THE RATE AND IRRATIONAL RULES⛔️ I rented an RV spot. After three months rate went from 78.00 to 156.00. Never received contract and it's not online either. That's bad enough but it gets WORSE. It is so unbelievable I'm attaching a video because the public would not believe me. I had a box truck parked in the spot and the workers came back to find a remove or be towed orange sticker on their moped and bicycle that was parked in same spot as truck. Zack and Tyler are a great team. I have had a unit in this place on and off for years, since 2017. I have had a unit on every floor. The place is clean and protected by password secure doors and cameras. My family currently has 2 units here.
Save your time and money and don’t trust this place and these people. Every good comment on Jason is a lie, I fell for it too in the beginning when he asks you to leave a good review. I’ll be getting my whole friends and family to give this place a bad review.
Jason And Corey were super helpful, got me the best unit for me at the best rate. Customer service was phenomenal and they were so fast. Super easy and great priced. Come here to rent space
