Looked around for the best deal . I needed a small storage for all my Christmas and miscellaneous items I only use every so often . I selected Extra storage space for the great monthly rate . Extra storage space was 1/2 cheaper than all other competitors . I didn't have to pay a monthly insurance fee since I showed them my home insurance . On site manager is very very friendly and informative . I'm glad I did t go off Yelp rating for my selection .
I give this place 5 stars, and the reason why is because of the Manager Eduardo. He was super helpful and really took the time to show me around the facility. Never rented a storage locker until today and as of now I feel good about storing my belongings here. I also like that someone lives on site, gives me more piece of mind. I would highly recommend anyone that needs a storage unit to go talk to Eduardo at Extra space Storage.

Extra Space Storage has been fantastic. From the moment I met the very friendly and helpful manager, Chelsi, at the Santa Ana location I felt very comfortable with leaving all the stuff from my three bedroom home here until I find a permanent place to live. After relocating from Oregon it was very reassuring to discover such a wonderful business and nice manager. The price was great also! Best experience at a storage rental place ever!!! They are so helpful, courteous, the place is clean, and I feel very safe going there in the later hours. When I needed to up grade was not a hassle and I got a great unit at a great price I would reccommend this to my friends. Nice to have someone as kind as the manager, and her staff. Great job..
Ben immediately helped to find me the best deal all the while reserving my unit at another location. Above and beyond service like this is what's needed most in a majority of todays business ethics.
