My storage unit was broken into and half my stuff stolen and the manager Chelsea was not helpful at all and I feel it was an inside job because someone had to take some time to go through my stuff as well as they did...
DO NOT RENT HERE. RAT INFESTED. I had been renting from this place for a few years and finally decided to move my things out. When I went to start pulling my things out, there was rat poop EVERYWHERE, and I mean everywhere. I had a recliner that had poop all over and pee. They got into my my cardboard and chewed on some books. Pooped and peed all over my baby clothes I had saved from when my daughter was small. Horrible they tried to bait and switch me, found the same size storage unit at public storage on mc fadden 10x15 for 150 a month with first months rent for 1 dollar and 5,000 dollar insurance for 15 bucks a month. Do lie to people just for business!!
What happened to this place??? Seriously horrible so glad I moved out a while back and know people who still use them and it's just overpriced and it's lacking good service
This is the worst storage place I have ever rented from. The office people are. Ice when u are renting after forget it!they don't answer the phone and are rude when u come to the office. Chelsea is horrible rude, disrespectful and never has an answer. "We are very busy at the office " yeah right drinking coffee, the place is so dirty and the units in bad condition, I wouldn't be surprised the teft that happens is related to her nasty family and friends from her trailer park. Stay away people from this place
I originally rented a 5x8' space to store some extra items i had laying around my apartment. After only 5 months, I got a post card stating my rent would go up. So i shopped around, including seeing what else was available at Extra Space. I found a 5x10' at the same location that would be less than my new rate. So i opted for more space.
