The in-person rental process was easy and Manager Michael was very courteous and informative. He seems to truly care about service provided to his customers. I have had experience at numerous storage businesses and have never had a more pleasant rental experience. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Michael was extremely helpful in our set up process. He answered all questions immediately, broke down concepts and ideas, and walked us through our lease with good details. His customer service was second to none.

The store manager Michael was very helpful and efficient! He was very effective when finding an affordable deal to be able to get a storage right away. I am very grateful how patient and friendly he was to my family. I will definitely be working with him again 😊

Michael, the representative of the storage facility was super excellent helping me get into my unit show me where it was and helping me work the new style locks that they have which are really cool. I highly recommend this facility and look forward to winning more auctions here.
