Carolyn, the manager here, made my 800 mile move infinitely less stressful. Storing precious possessions is a hard thing to do and she is helpful, reassuring and so professional. Unfortunately that’s a rarity these days! Would work with her again and refer to my friends in a heartbeat!

Thus site is literally right around the corner from my new location which is very convenient. I'm happy they also have several climate controlled until because the humidity here is no joke and climate controlled is definitely a necessity. The process was super quick and easy which I did by phone. When I arrived I had a little trouble locating my unit because I wasn't aware it was an inside unit. When I found It though my lock was inside waiting for me. I would definitely recommend using this company.
