We had bought some furniture and needed a place to store for the next day. We called Extra Space Storage and CeCe, was so helpful and friendly. She was able to reserve a spot for us over the phone plus they had a one month free special going on! We were so excited. Then the next day we went to drop off the furniture and Dakota was also helpful and took care of getting us set up, took us to our unit, explained all the codes. Very efficient and friendly. We are very happy with our experience here!

I had the privilege of dealing with CeCe while I had my storage unit at the Greenwood location! She is one of the most professional and customer service minded employees I have ever come across! She was always willing to help or answer questions! The facilities were always in good shape and had zero issues with my belongings being there for almost a year!
