Great customer service
I have rented many storage facilities around the country with several moves and two residences. This facility was the best in customer service even though not the best looking facility as it was built in the 1960s. My unit was dry and secure. The big difference was the service I received from the manager building confidence that my items would be secure.

They are very helpful every time I go to the office. Joe the manager is probably the most professional manager I have the pleasure of dealing with in my few times of having to use a storage facility. I always suggest Extra Space to anyone who wants a storage unit.
