Well I have been a customer there for almost two years. The up side is the staff is friendly and courteous, payments are easy online or can do the auto-debit for no extra fee . The down side is that the rates have been raised three times in less than two years. Also, the outside units get very dusty inside. This place has been a scam from the start. They had inflated rates due to "demand" when I signed up. But now their rates are substantially lower and yet of course they would never offer any kind of discount to loyal customers. I'll move out to another facility for half the cost. A burden they assume most won't undergo which is why they never return your call to see about lowering your rate. Then there payment processing always seems to not work as others have stated. 3 months after signing the contract, they sent a letter saying they were raising my rate over 70%. So you'll get about 4 months and then need to look elsewhere. Classic bait and switch.

As i stated on google if they would've contacted back as fast after my text as they did when I made the reservation all the aggravation would be gone. Just because the 24 was left off the insurance card which should read 2024. Hell, anyone knows it's a year of insurance. The items were texted on sat and went on Monday only to be told it was wrong. Yet on Sat you tried t use a scare tactic or pressure tactic saying there is only one left. Plus, the price isn't guaranteed. So it could rise the very next month. Just more BS
