Marquel helped me from start to finish. He even helped me unload my car going in and pack it up heading out, without me asking. Never seen this kind of customer service at storage units before. He is definitely a keeper and I will be referring my construction friends to you guys for storage usage.

Eric was really helpful and went the extra distance to show me around the climate controlled unit so I wouldn't get lost. He Explained about the different sizes in terms of how much they could hold like a room versus a whole apartment and was very helpful. Also Eric was pleasant and efficient -- we went through the lease and I'm all set. Thank you Eric!
